Licensed Practical Nurse

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Other LPN/LVN duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state where you practice.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior LPN/LVN experience preferred.
