Welcome to the Senior Vice President Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President to lead our team in delivering growth and cycle management insights for P&C insurance clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and managing a team, leading client projects, and developing our value proposition.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic thinker with 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the P&C insurance/reinsurance industry. You should have a proven track record of delivering differentiated analytics to facilitate performance, growth, and cycle management decisions. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities


  • Build, lead, and manage a team dedicated to delivering growth and cycle management insights for P&C insurance clients.
  • Lead client projects, delivering data-driven analysis to support strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and implement our value proposition using entrepreneurial and innovative approaches.
  • Project manage internal product development using new technologies and frameworks to explore, analyze, and visualize internal and external data.
  • Build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create opportunities for strategic advisory services.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead teams on time-sensitive projects. You should be comfortable with client interactions at the C-suite level and have a willingness to travel. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an Actuary, CFA, MBA, or similar qualification is a plus.

  • 8+ years of experience in a strategic and analytical role with a focus on P&C insurance/reinsurance.
  • Proven ability to deliver differentiated analytics to facilitate performance, growth, and cycle management decisions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with strategic underwriting or growth initiatives within P&C insurance.
  • Project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
