English Language Arts Coach

Acceleration Academies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Language Arts Coach to join our team. As a key member of our instructional team, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic success of our students.
Job Summary:The English Language Arts Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality instructional materials and providing coaching and support to teachers to ensure student success. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of educators who are passionate about improving student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement high-quality instructional materials and assessments for English Language Arts
- Provide coaching and support to teachers to ensure student success
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students
- Monitor student progress and provide data-driven insights to inform instructional decisions
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in English Language Arts instruction and share knowledge with colleagues
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching or coaching English Language Arts
- Strong knowledge of English Language Arts curriculum and instructional strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
- Masters degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Experience with project-based learning and competency-based education
- Knowledge of technology integration and instructional design
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages
