Job Summary

This position is responsible for the collection and processing of biological specimens in a medical laboratory setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process biological specimens for laboratory testing
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of specimens
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth operation of the laboratory

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience required
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
