Role Overview

The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving Enterprise deals from discovery to closing, leveraging deep knowledge of Sony's AITRIOS solutions and understanding customer technical and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up on potential deals, prioritize and manage pipelines, and stimulate customer interest based on prior investigating customer strategies and situations.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with executives and decision makers, identifying and proposing solutions based on customer business and technology needs.
  • Account Management: Develop and oversee account plans, proposing Sony's AITRIOS solutions to ensure revenue targets, and orchestrating internal teams for long-term business planning.
  • Sales Excellence: Develop plans to offer solutions that satisfy customer KPIs, align the right partner solution for customer industry needs, and present business plans to generate new opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years technology-related business-to-business sales or account management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues effectively
  • Deep understanding of customer strategic partnerships and relationship management
  • Proficiency in sales strategy and managing sales pipeline
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree
  • Direct experience in Cloud application, Artificial Intelligence, Image Sensors industry
  • Fluency in Japanese language
