Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented New Graduate Nurse RN to join our team. As a New Graduate Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse while working towards obtaining your nursing license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vascular access evaluation pre-treatment.
- Initiate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders.
- Evaluate intradialytic problems and provide intervention as prescribed by physician order or as directed.
- Monitor patients' response to dialysis therapy.
- Document information related to patient treatment.
Requirements:
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Ability to obtain nursing license within 90 days of employment.
Working Conditions:
The work environment is characteristic of a health care facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels. May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/materials.

None
