Childcare Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Childcare Office Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our Early Childhood programs.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual who can multitask, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, responding to family needs, and ensuring the front office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to families and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with staff members to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on program policies, procedures, and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred.
- At least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12.30, along with discounted programs, including childcare options. This is a Monday-Friday, 2pm-6:30pm position, with no weekends required.
