DaVita is a leading provider of dialysis services in the United States. We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team as Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurses (PD RNs).

The estimated salary for this position is $93,000 per year, based on national averages and cost-of-living adjustments.

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and empathetic RNs who can provide comprehensive ongoing care to patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis. As a PD RN, you will be responsible for educating patients and their caregivers on how to manage their treatment from the comfort of their own homes.

Your role will involve:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, and implementing care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs
  • Providing personalized training and support to empower patients to take charge of their healthcare
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

You will have the opportunity to work autonomously while forming strong relationships with patients, their families, and support systems.

Work Schedule:

We offer a predictable 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday, with weekends and holidays off. You will also have flexibility to create your own schedule as you manage your cases.
