About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Cengage Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the South Florida area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan for Success: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Deliver Results: Conduct sales calls with decision makers to identify needs, propose solutions, and establish relationships.
  • Manage Your Business: Use data to identify priorities for allocation of time and resources, and provide clear, timely communication and accurate reporting.
Requirements
  • BA/BS or Equivalent Work Experience: A proven track record in a prior sales position is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
