Job Summary

The Human Milk Depot Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the success of our Nutrition Services department. Reporting to the Director of Nutrition Services, this individual will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless preparation and distribution of human milk, formulas, and nutritional unit doses.

This position requires a strong leader who can supervise and train technicians, manage inventory, and maintain infection prevention processes. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and registered dietitian/nutritionist licensure are essential. Five years of experience as a dietitian, with at least one year in a lead/supervisory role, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train technicians to ensure efficient preparation and distribution of human milk and formulas.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nutrition Services to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include:
