Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Alignment Manager to provide a balance of technical and people skills to foster trusting relationships with clients and ensure the organization's best interests are front and center.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Maintain high positive client and user satisfaction and relationships by delivering proactive service, maintenance, and planning.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of assigned clients' environments, identifying client technical risk and collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Implement, participate, and promote Quality Assurance (QA) objectives, processes, and procedures of the Company.
  • Assist in the training, mentoring, and development of internal staff.
  • Create technology and budgetary roadmaps for clients.
  • Perform onsite standards and alignment reviews, maintaining, updating, and phasing out assigned Clients Standards templates as technology or a client environment changes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Aptitude and appetite to excel as a long-term member of our team.
  • Effective communication skills via phone and email.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Desire to grow and learn new skills and technologies.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability insurance, company-paid life insurance, 401(k) with company match, employee stock ownership program, paid vacation, and servant leadership training.
