Job Description

At FPI Management, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our affordable housing properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our communities, providing exceptional resident services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, vendors, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Employee Management: Supervise and develop the site team, ensuring that all employees are trained, evaluated, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Leasing/Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels, oversee leasing activities, and develop marketing strategies to attract new residents.
  • Revenue Management: Manage rent collections, delinquency, and vendor invoices, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Reporting and Document Management: Maintain resident files, ensure confidentiality, and provide timely reporting to management.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and other regulatory standards.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist residents with maintenance requests, document facility needs, and ensure timely completion.
