Company OverviewThe Insulation-Heating & Cooling Group, a renowned leader in the Home Performance with Energy Star and Comfort Partners programs, is seeking an experienced BPI Certified Analyst to join its team.

CompensationEstimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. The compensation package includes a base salary, 401K with company match, advancement opportunities, and a vehicle allowance/company vehicle available for qualified candidates.

Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting energy audits and providing solutions to homeowners and businesses. Your primary goal will be to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to increase energy efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Attention to detail as it relates to the thermal envelope
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to time manage customer expectations
  • Certification in Building Analyst
Experience with Comfort Partners is a plus.
