Assistant Store Manager - Spirit Halloween

As a key member of our Spirit Halloween team, the Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our seasonal store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the overall operation of the store, focusing on Guest Services, staff development, expense control, and merchandising and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional Guest Services
  • Control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
  • Ensure a safe and secure store environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Flexible schedule required
  • Prior retail management experience is essential
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
