Job Title: Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

We are seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team in New York. This is a locum or permanent position offering flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

About the Role:
  • Provide psychiatric care to children and adolescents in a community health setting.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry.
Compensation and Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is approximately $300,000, which includes a base salary of $250,000 plus an additional $50,000 for relocation assistance and other benefits. The organization also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • 20 paid time-off days
  • 6 personal days
  • 56 hours of sick time
  • 11 paid holidays

In addition, the organization provides full benefits coverage for employees and 73.5% coverage for family members. Other benefits include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance
  • CME reimbursement up to 6 days per year
  • Malpractice insurance
