K-3rd Grade Speech Language Therapist Opportunity in Auburn, Maine

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced therapist to work with a K-3rd grade population in Auburn, Maine.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be licensed to practice in Maine. You will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy to 17 students on your caseload, focusing on K-3rd grade.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders and develop effective therapy plans.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to create Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that cater to each student's unique needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records within our electronic documentation system for IEP management.
- Work closely with school staff to promote students' success in both speech development and academic achievement.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
- A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Maine State SLP License or pending licensure.
- Previous experience working with K-3rd grade students.
- Familiarity with the EDMS system (Acuity) or willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, paid on a weekly basis. Additionally, you will receive:
