Provider Solutions & Development, a part of Providence Medical Group, is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on hips and joints to join their team in Petaluma, CA.
About the OpportunityThis long-term growth opportunity within an expanding service line offers a mix of clinic, OR, and hospital consults. As a key member of the team, you will have the chance to work with a motivated, collaborative, and collegial provider group.
Responsibilities- Fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in hip and joint surgery
- Primary location at Petaluma Valley Hospital with occasional time at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital
- MAKO robot available for use
- Mix of clinic, OR, and hospital consults
- Anticipated 1 day in the OR per week during ramp-up phase, increasing as the service line grows
- Hospital call 3-7 days per month
- Fellowship training required
- Open to 2024 fellows and experienced orthopedic surgeons
- Ability to work out of both Petaluma Valley Hospital and Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital
- Estimated annual salary between $585,810 and $933,806
- Compensation package includes productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation
