Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing required.
- Pediatric Critical Care Certification preferred.
- Demonstrated clinical competence and in-depth knowledge in pediatric critical care.
- Effective leadership, teaching, research, and communication skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certifications required.
