Hoffmann Counseling Services is a rapidly growing, non-profit community wellness agency serving rural south and central Minnesota. We have offices in St. Peter, Mankato, New Ulm, and Waseca, providing outpatient therapy and community-based rehabilitative services.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will have opportunities for diverse experiences with highly supportive and available clinical supervisor(s). You will be encouraged to consult with colleagues and external providers to enhance the quality of care provided to your clients.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate individual and family skills activities with children, adolescents, adults, and families
  • Complete timely and professional written reports and documentation
  • Participate in weekly consult meetings
  • Maintain reliable transportation to attend client sessions in the home, school, and community
Qualifications
  • Qualifying via education: Bachelor's degree and completed internship in mental health or related social services field, or master's or other graduate degrees in behavioral sciences or related fields
  • Qualifying via work experience: At least 2,000 hours of experience with children, adolescents, adults, and families with mental illness, substance use, developmental disabilities, or traumatic brain injury
