Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Equipment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various testing functions on printed circuit board assemblies, utilizing a range of test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and analyzers.
Responsibilities
- Perform functional, flying probe, in-circuit, component programming, and J-tag testing on PCBAs
- Review and follow all prescribed test procedures
- Troubleshoot PCBs to component level
- Complete documentation requirements, including data collection sheets
- Identify failure trends and conduct further analysis
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of electronics and electrical systems
- Familiarity with ICT and flying probe test equipment
- The ability to read schematic diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a test technician or equivalent
