We are seeking an Ambitious Occupational Therapist to join our team in Anaheim, California. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.

About the Job:

  • This is an 8-hour per day position with days shifts.
  • The employment type is staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients under the direction and supervision of our rehabilitation services team.
  2. Initiate discharge planning for occupational therapy to ensure seamless transitions for our patients.
  3. Coordinate treatment programs with other healthcare professionals as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
  4. Discharge patients from occupational therapy when they have received maximum benefit from the service.
  5. Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient management to support quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • You must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and certification in occupational therapy or foreign-trained equivalent.
  • Please note that you must have a current CA Occupational Therapy License OR license eligibility letter prior to your first day of employment.
