About the Role

This full-time Registered Nurse position is responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Conducting thorough assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing interventions to enhance the overall quality of life for our residents.
