Estimator - Cincinnati

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Turner Construction. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates for projects based on construction drawings and bids.

• Prepare detailed estimates, including quantity take-offs, analysis, and estimate input.
• Assemble bids and proposals for different contract types.
• Lead document management for projects, including receiving drawings and specifications.
• Serve as liaison with trade partners, design teams, and clients.
• Support constructability reviews and develop value analysis studies.

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and market conditions.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office suite of applications.
