Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Adecco. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and components according to detailed specifications and work instructions.
  • Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks.
  • Identify and report defective parts or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  • Meet production goals by working efficiently and maintaining consistent workflow.
  • Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Assist with the maintenance of tools and equipment as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds as needed.
