Job Description

Auto Technician Advisor/Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced auto technician advisor/sales representative to build and maintain relationships with customers to grow our business. As a key player in developing positive customer relationships and promoting sales through communication of immediate and future needs found based on inspections performed.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customers with detailed service recommendations based on manufacturer and industry standards
  • Assisting with technical and service questions as well as obtaining customer authorizations for additional services and repairs
  • Knowledgeable of Jiffy Lube products and services to answer questions and communicate any special circumstances that may impact overall satisfaction
  • Keeping the store clean, safe, and presentable

Requirements:

  • Automotive service advisor or service writer experience preferred
  • Experience with All Data or a similar automotive repair system is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
  • Push, pull, lift, and bend at the knees and waist
  • Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the US
