Health Connect America, a leading provider of mental and behavioral health services, seeks a skilled Clinical Therapist to join its dynamic team. Our organization is dedicated to delivering high-quality care to individuals, families, and communities across the nation.
Job SummaryThis role involves providing therapeutic interventions to clients in individual, group, and family settings, with a focus on addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing evidence-based treatment plans, documenting client interactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to clients, focusing on their mental health and well-being.
- Participate in outreach and marketing efforts to promote services and attract new referrals.
- Implement therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues.
- Accurately document all client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- LPC, LMFT, LCSW licensure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
