• Provide quality resident care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients are met.
• Manage and coordinate clinical activities on the resident unit, including administering medications, conducting assessments, and developing care plans.
• Demonstrate personal and professional growth, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

• CURRENT LICENSE AS A REGISTERED NURSE IN THE STATE OF WISCONSIN (OR ABILITY TO ACQUIRE WI LICENSE)
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Experience in Geriatric Nursing preferred
• Administrative or Charge Nurse experience preferred

Burnett Medical Center offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

• A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
