About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide high-quality resident care, manage and coordinate clinical activities on the resident unit, and demonstrate personal and professional growth. Key Responsibilities- Provide quality resident care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients are met.
- Manage and coordinate clinical activities on the resident unit, including administering medications, conducting assessments, and developing care plans.
- Demonstrate personal and professional growth, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- CURRENT LICENSE AS A REGISTERED NURSE IN THE STATE OF WISCONSIN (OR ABILITY TO ACQUIRE WI LICENSE)
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Experience in Geriatric Nursing preferred
- Administrative or Charge Nurse experience preferred
Burnett Medical Center offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
