Sewer/Water Infrastructure Manager

At Ryan Excavating, we are seeking an experienced Sewer/Water Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and installing sewer and water work, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and install sewer and water work, working closely with plumbers and laborers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in all phases of sewer work, including planning, installation, and maintenance.
- Read and understand civil plans and grades, utilizing knowledge of operations, equipment, safety procedures, and job duties to deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with other trades involved in the project to ensure effective communication and a cohesive approach to completing tasks.
- A minimum of [estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year] annual salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Prior experience as a foreman or supervisor in sewer and water construction, with a strong understanding of relevant safety protocols and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret civil plans and grades, with a solid grasp of operations, equipment, and job duties.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of plumbers and laborers.
