Job Summary:

Our ideal candidate is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and maintaining effective communication with families and other service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough behavioral assessments, create personalized behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • RBT Supervision: Provide guidance, training, and support to RBTs to ensure they possess the necessary skills to deliver high-quality services.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with families and other service providers through regular updates, meetings, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Ethics and Compliance: Uphold the highest ethical standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree: Possess a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • BCBA Certification: Hold a valid BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a center-based setting.

Location: One location available.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
