Job Title: Senior Trial Attorney

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Trial Attorney to join our law firm. In this role, you will provide legal counsel, take depositions, develop evidence, and handle all aspects of the file through settlement, mediation, or trial.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents
* Conduct deposition proceedings
* Prepare for and attend legal proceedings and pretrial conferences
* Prepare Motions, attend hearings, and argue motions
* Provide legal counsel in conjunction with senior lawyers
* Attend Mediation and Negotiate on behalf of clients
* The attorney will be responsible for all phases of handling and trying lawsuits, including deposing witnesses, attending mediations, and attending and presenting the case for trial to a jury.

Qualifications:

* Licensed Texas Lawyer
* Trial Lawyer
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Quick on your feet and independent
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Strong organizational and technological skills
* Ability to collaborate with colleagues and compassionately with Plaintiffs to best serve clients
* 7 to 20 years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience preferred
* Litigation experience
