Job Description

NOLA Management Group is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Account Manager Trainee to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, customers, and fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional sales support to ensure seamless customer enrollment and minimize turnover.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of company sales, client relations, leadership, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Develop strong connections with customers, engage them, and educate them on our products and services.
  • Exceed sales performance standards and set the standard for the rest of the sales department.
  • Consistently perform leadership actions and maintain high standards, whether or not management is present.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Management, or Public Relations.
  • 0-2 years of experience in leadership, management, client-facing, supervisor, or sales position.
  • Ability to anticipate, recognize, and deal effectively with existing or potential conflicts.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starting, scrappy, and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal to no guidance.
