Job Summary:
Elevation Chevrolet GMC is seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to our visitors and callers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our customers and directing them to the appropriate department for their automotive needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate department or individual, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience
  • Schedule appointments for service and sales departments, utilizing strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to company standards and expectations
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their experience, utilizing active listening skills and empathy
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate records, ensuring confidentiality and security
  • Assist with general office tasks, such as filing and data entry, to support the smooth operation of the dealership
  • Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality guidelines, to maintain a safe and secure environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the auto industry, preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
