About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Program Coordinator to join our team at Urban Strategies LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the development and implementation of trauma-informed care programs, working closely with clients, sponsors, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage an assigned caseload of post-release services, ensuring timely and effective delivery of support to children and families">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess safety needs, identify resources, and develop plans to ensure child and family well-being">
  • Provide crisis intervention services, including safety planning and connecting families to essential resources">
  • Maintain accurate records, safeguard confidential information, and protect personally identifiable data according to program regulations">
  • Participate in training, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent degree in psychology, sociology, or behavioral science; or relevant experience in clinical settings">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in case management, clinical practice, or related field; with expertise in trauma-informed care, family preservation, and kinship care">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including immigrant communities">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry systems, and English-Spanish fluency (verbal and written)">
  • A valid driver's license, with willingness to travel for in-person visits and meetings">
