We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Professional to join our team at VTG. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, designing, constructing, delivering, and testing ships, as well as coordinating with stakeholders to accredit and maintain network security for the Guided Missile Frigate (FFG) Program Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate Guided Missile Frigate Information Assurance Accreditation.
  • Coordinate with Shipbuilders, PARMs, NAVSEA CIO, and other stakeholders to accredit and maintain network security for the FFG.
  • Apply technical skills with minimal guidance and perform successfully in non-routine and sometimes complicated situations.

Requirements:

  • ISSD CSWF Qualifying Graduate degree from an accredited University or meet certification minimum requirement.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification or meet degree minimum requirement.
  • 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity.
  • Information Systems Security Developer (ISSD) (Advanced) (CSWF Work Role ID: 631 (NIST: SP-SYS-001)).
  • Secret Clearance.

Contingent upon contract award.

Pay Range: VTG's estimated starting pay range is $116,125-$130,444 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations, and may possibly include contractual requirements that may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
