Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $163,525, reflecting the competitive compensation offered by Chapa-De. Higher compensation may be available for candidates with advanced skills directly related to the applied role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective SUD programs, ensuring access to same-day MAT services for patients interested in treatment.
  • Determine initial levels of care and coordinate admissions into SUD programs in collaboration with the SUD team.
  • In conjunction with the Behavioral Health Director and Medical Director, establish goals for the SUD program, including growth planning and improving access to services for special populations.
  • Manage grants, applications, budgeting, data preparation, and narrative reports, ensuring timely submissions and participation in grant-related meetings and trainings.

Requirements

  • A valid Nurse Practitioner license, preferably with the ability to work without supervision within 3 years of employment start date.
  • Board certification and current BLS and DEA numbers.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience, including 1 year in behavioral health and/or substance use disorders.
  • 1 year of management or supervisory experience with a high level of autonomy.
