About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in a world-class operations facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems commissioning, energy-related services, and facilities infrastructure planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing electrical systems commissioning and energy-related services for all phases of new construction projects as well as retro-commissioning, energy auditing, energy modeling, and monitoring-based commissioning of existing facilities to support the energy and sustainability goals of each client and project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational maintenance of multiple electrical systems, both CONUS and OCONUS, to include analysis and reporting of electrical data and metrics.
  • Maintain documentation pertaining to various projects, design drawings, technical reports, and engineering activities.
  • Analyze building monitoring system's data, and develop action plans to support facility/site expansions, and to mitigate or resolve inefficiencies.
  • Calculate and develop power requirements for either new or existing facilities.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures and Sequence of Operations for electrical and control systems.
  • Develop and execute preventative and/or predictive maintenance plans for mission-critical equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited College or University in Electrical Engineering or other STEM-related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, including Medium/Low Voltage Unit Substations, Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS), Generators, Automatic Transfer Switches.
  • Experience with computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD.
  • Engineer-in-training (EIT) certification.
