About the Role

Your expertise in construction methods, materials, and safety protocols will be invaluable in delivering successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Control costs through efficient resource use and value engineering when possible.
  • Ensure all work complies with design team plans and specifications.
  • Verify that completed projects meet quality standards and are installed correctly.

  • Prepare and complete as-built drawings as work progresses, alongside superintendents.
  • Supervise completion of punch list items assigned.
  • Rough carpentry, finish carpentry, formwork, concrete pouring, site cleanup, and other construction scopes as required.
  • Request on-site equipment from superintendents or general superintendents for proper documentation and notify upon return.
  • Review project materials with superintendents or general superintendents, allowing project managers to create purchase orders.
  • Operate equipment as needed (all-terrain forklift, skid steer, scissor lift, core drill, concrete saw, etc.).
  • Cultivate opportunities for excellence daily.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
  • OSHA 10 certification.
