Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting the Orangetheory concept, giving studio tours, working with trainers, selling memberships, and participating in marketing events.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive first impression of our studio.
- Present the Orangetheory concept to interested clients, highlighting the benefits of our workout classes.
- Give studio tours, showcasing our facilities and equipment.
- Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Sell memberships to help our studio thrive.
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure they have a positive experience.
- Participate in marketing events to promote our studio and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
