Specialized Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Step Down Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide specialized care to patients transitioning from critical care.
About This RoleThis is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. You will assess, monitor, and treat patients in the Step Down Unit, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal results.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Step Down Unit.
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and respiratory status.
- Administer medications and perform procedures as needed.
- Educate patients and families on post-intensive care recovery, medication management, and self-care techniques.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license.
- BLS certification.
- At least two years of recent experience in a Step Down unit.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
