Key Responsibilities:

• Pursue PT Business Management excellence
• Foster and maintain an active client base through personalized services
• Efficiently manage schedules, including client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal systems
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all club services, programs, and products

• Deliver exceptional fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members
• Enhance member experiences through personalized interactions and workout coaching

• Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions
• Participate in one-on-one or team meetings with management to foster growth and development

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualities and qualifications:

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program
• Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants)
• Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness
• Ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor
