Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting patients with exercises and rehabilitation programs to promote optimal recovery and mobility.
  • Monitoring patient progress and reporting to the physical therapist to ensure effective treatment plans.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized treatment area, as well as ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
  • Educating patients and their families on treatment plans to enhance their understanding and participation.
  • Traveling to different healthcare facilities as needed to provide care and support to our clients.

Requirements for Success:

  • A current PTA license and certification are mandatory for this role.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • The ability to adapt to different healthcare environments and prioritize tasks efficiently is crucial for success.
  • A willingness to travel frequently is necessary, as you will be required to visit various healthcare facilities.
