Lead Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team at All Points North. This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead our food preparation efforts and ensure exceptional quality and service.

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals for clients and staff, adhering to dietary guidelines and safety protocols.
• Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.
• Develop and implement menu plans, taking into account client preferences and dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

• 3+ years of culinary experience, preferably in a high-end establishment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
