About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at Utah Flour Milling. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant's day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute maintenance activities to ensure reliability excellence and adherence to employee safety and food/feed safety policies.
  • Support proper maintenance and repair of all plant/buildings and grounds equipment, including troubleshooting, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
  • Assist with scheduling maintenance plans and coordinate with engineering and other maintenance team members to support plant operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an agriculture industry, flour, or feed milling setting.
  • Experience leading a technical maintenance team and proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and PLC programs.
  • Ability to schedule maintenance, respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and repair equipment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) and experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley software is highly preferred.

  • We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
