At STXZ LLC, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lacrosse Coach to join our team in Somerset, MA.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a passionate individual to share their love of lacrosse with players of all ages in the local community.

Compensation Package

We offer competitive hourly rates, ranging from $35-$60 per 1-hour training session, $30-$40 per 45-minute session, and $25-$35 per 30-minute session.

In addition to the hourly pay, you will have opportunities to earn bonus income based on your performance.

Responsibilities

As a Lacrosse Trainer with STXZ LLC, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing high-quality lacrosse coaching services to clients of all ages and skill levels
  • Creating engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to individual needs and goals
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest lacrosse techniques, strategies, and best practices
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience as a lacrosse coach or trainer
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • exhibit a fun and energetic personality when working with children
  • be comfortable working independently and making decisions autonomously
