Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Homecare Nurse Manager to oversee our team of nursing professionals and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Strategically manage daily activities, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and supervise a team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Patient Care Planning: Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to stringent healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and drive positive outcomes.
  • Quality Improvement: Champion initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Financial Management: Contribute to budgeting and financial planning, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance assessments for nursing staff, promoting growth and development.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain an inventory of essential nursing supplies, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Superb communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • CPR and BLS certification required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Some management or leadership experience preferred

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
