Analytical Development Lab Technician

Genezen is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Analytical Development Lab Technician to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing advanced laboratory techniques related to viral vector production and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform hands-on laboratory procedures related to viral vector production and characterization, including cell culture maintenance activities such as cell culture initiation, subculturing, media prep, and cell counting.
- Manage and maintain laboratory equipment, including autoclaves, centrifuges, and microscopes.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Train and mentor new laboratory staff members on laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of relevant industry experience in R&D, product development, or operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
