C4 Technical Services: A Collaborative and Agile Work Environment


As a UX Designer on the People Technology Team, you will work closely with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and engineers to create compelling, human-centered experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develops and delivers UX Design deliverables to support the work effort of teams and ensures standard design practices are utilized to deliver consistent experiences.

  • Participates in the presentation of high-level solutions and strategies to product and/or project stakeholders, engineering leadership, and UX leadership, and drives and negotiates consensus trade-offs effectively.

  • Leverages customer research, site metrics, and usability findings to back up assertions, make recommendations, and drive strategy.

  • Fosters and participates in a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.

  • Has intermediate knowledge of Experience Design principles, activities, deliverables, and tools (e.g., collaboration sessions, designs, wireframes, prototypes, Figma, Miro, Jira, Sketch, etc.).



Preferred/Nice to Have Skills:


  • Has a current online portfolio that demonstrates knowledge and skill in experience design.

  • Works with experience designers, product managers, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to gain alignment on solutions and align customer and business needs.

  • Supports the UX team in solution design by providing insights into current capabilities and functionality across all digital channels and other customer touchpoints.

  • Assists teams in defining the supporting strategy across product teams to create multi-channel experiences that reach into digital and physical touchpoints.

  • Participates in and helps to lead UAT and team development and launch support activities.

  • Has the ability to work through complex design solutions and understand the technology behind those solutions.

  • Has experience in envisioning, defining, and modeling end-to-end, multichannel customer experiences.

  • Is curious, collaborative, self-driven, self-aware, outgoing, and relationship-focused.
