Job Title: Snowflake Architect

Work Location: Cincinnati, OH

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team in defining the future architecture and driving business value for our clients. This role requires 10 years of experience in data management and data warehousing, with a focus on building cloud-based data warehouses.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in one of the following domains: Consumer Goods (CPG), Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing. They should have experience working with transformation projects where customers have moved from on-premise to cloud-based technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead technology teams to implement complex data warehouses.
  • Develop and maintain data architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Snowflake Certified Architect
  • Expertise in Snowflake architecture and solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong experience in technical solution architecture, technology selection, and solution shaping.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data structures, and database design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting role is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage projects and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery and goal alignment.
  • Calm, confident, and logical approach to decision-making and risk management.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience working in big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
  • Snowflake certifications, such as SnowPro Core and SnowPro Advanced Architect.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level, as well as other factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
