Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Medical Care Provider to join our team at Beaufort Primary Care. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. About the Role: In this role, you will perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients' medical, physical, and psychological status, develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, implement physician-directed treatment plans, and provide patient care. You will also educate and train clinical staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered consistently.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients' medical, physical, and psychological status.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Implement physician-directed treatment plans, write orders for medications, treatments, and tests, and provide patient care.
  • Provide education and training to clinical staff.

Requirements: If you are a Physician Assistant, we require a Bachelor's Degree, successful completion of a CAAHEP-approved program, and national certifying examination. If you are a Nurse Practitioner, we require a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing, graduation from an approved NLN or equivalent nursing program. A minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is preferred.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
