We are seeking a highly qualified Education Specialist to join our team at the Treehouse Learning Center in Gahanna, OH.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position responsible for providing educational support to young children and promoting their social, physical, and cognitive development. As an Education Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to implement a curriculum that meets each child's unique learning style.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have experience in early childhood education. A valid CPL 2 or higher/CDA certification, as well as CPR and first aid certifications, are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and engage children in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Assist teachers in planning and implementing lesson plans
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
